The Kiwanis Club of Takapuna

The Kiwanis Club of Takapuna was formed on 23 July 1970. The club is targeted towards men and women and the membership is 20.

Recent Service Projects:

    • Sponsorship of yachts at Pupuke Schools Waterwise
    • Sponsorship and other assistance to North Harbour Schools Science Fairs
    • Fundraising to assist Kidz First Hospital Burns Unit
    • Books and other Resources for Vanuatu Schools Project
    • "Serving the Children of our World" programme
    • Christmas Gifts and Easter Eggs for Barnardos, DE Paul House and Womens Refuge families
    • Toys for North Shore Hospice and assistance with appeals
    • Assistance to North Shore Hospital Special Care Baby Unit
    • Assistance with Heart Kids and Kidney Kids appeals
    • Donations to Phab; Seasons North Shore, various schools,Marist Alternative Education, etc
    • East Timor heifer project
