The official convention hotel will be the
Rydges Hotel, Latimer Square, Christchurch. All business sessions
and the Saturday evening function will be held at this venue.

Convention Program :

At this stage, only a tentative program is available.
The main convention business will take place on the Friday afternoon and
Saturday. There will be an informal fun event on Friday evening at the
harness horse racing at Addington Raceway. The theme is "Red and Black
at the Races". Dress up in your racing colours for a festive night at
the races. Transport and buffet dinner are included and it is all under
cover. The Saturday evening function is a formal diner and will be held
at Rydges. The meeting of the outgoing board will be held at 10.00am on
Friday morning, 18 August. The meeting of the incoming Board will
be held at 10.00am on Sunday morning 20 August. The meeting of the
District Foundation Board will be held at 4.00pm on Thursday
17 August. Past Governors' Dinner (at own cost -
cost still unknown) on Thursday evening. Past Lt Governors'
Breakfast (at own cost - cost still unknown)
on Saturday morning. Venues for these meetings will be included in the
finalized program but all will be on-site at Rydges. Farewell Brunch on
Sunday morning (different venue) is an optional extra at $15 per person.

Registration Fees :

The full registration fee for all Kiwanis members and guests is
NZ $ 320. Note that the full registration fee for partners or
guests includes both the evening sessions but participation in the partners
program will incur an additional charge.
Registrations, including payment, close on 1 August, 2023.
Early Bird Incentive : An 'early-bird' incentive is
available for full registrations received and paid before 1 July.
Early-bird registrations will go into a draw for a refund of one paid
registration.
Partial registrations are available for non-Kiwanian partners or guests
who wish to attend only :
- Friday night social at the Races (includes meal and
transport). Cost is $75.00 per person.
- Saturday night formal dinner (at Rydges).
Cost is $95.00 per person.
- Partners' Program on Saturday (includes lunch and
transport). Cost is $70.00 per person.
- Farewell Brunch (Sunday morning) at a venue near
the Airport. Cost is $15.00 per person.
There is NO Partial Registrations for business sessions this year.
Partial registrations use the same form as full registrations and must be
received and paid for by the same deadline as full registrations.
All registrations will be acknowledged by Email. Receipts will be given
out at Convention.
